Is getting another tattoo a good thing or a bad thing?

I’m fascinated with hummingbirds. I photograph them constantly at my parents’ house. I’m thinking of getting a tattoo of the 4 hummingbirds that I fell in love with and the one that likes to land on my hand.
I’m thinking of getting the tattoo on my lower back but with flowers and 3 hummingbirds only. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
