It’s going to depend on where you go. I’ve never gotten Henna so I don’t really know the cost but I would guess at least a 100 for both if not more.

depends where you get it done if you find a fair where they are doing it then about £15 but if you went to morocco then they do henna there for practically nothing. or if you know an artistic friend who could do it you can buy the actual henna stuff on the internet for about £2
